The Master Packing list can be edited. All Categories and Items can be:

• Changed
• Add New
• Deleted
• Cut / Pasted

To enter Edit mode pick 'Edit List Of All Items' either from the Main Menu or by using the 'Menu' key and picking 'Edit All Items'. Below is an explanation of each Edit option:

Selecting Item / Category To Edit:

• When in Edit mode from the Main Menu the screen on the right will appear.
• Use the buttons to pick the Category of Items to Edit
• Move up to top button, as illustrated in the 2nd screen to the right in order to Edit actual full Categories

Edit Option Box:

• Position on the Item / Category and push the 5-Way Select button.
• This will now display a Edit Option Box as illustrated on the right.
• Use 5-Way Right/Left to position on Edit option and then push 5-Way Select to activate the option.

Edit - Add:

• Once an Add is picked the screen will appear as noted to the right.
• Notice an item named ... (New Item) was added.
• You can now use the 5-Way Right key to position on the text. Now change to what you want to call this item.
• If a Add on the Category Index was selected then the name ... (New Category) would appear. Also a Category is added with one item entered. Change names or Edit new items in the new category.

Edit - Delete:

• Once Delete is picked on an Item the item is deleted from the display page
• If you Delete a Category a message box will appear and ask you to verify that all items and this Category should be deleted. This prevents an inadvertent delete.

Edit - Cut / Paste:

• First Cut should be picked on the Item or Category. A message will appear to confirm the operation was successful.
• Next move the arrow pointer to the paste position.
• Press 5-Way Select and pick Paste. This will now move the Item or Category to the new position.
• NOTE: Items can be Cut/Pasted to any page EXCEPT into the Category page. Likewise Categories can only be Cut/Pasted within the Category page(s).
